Safari Supper: On a sunny summer evening in June or July, we arrange a Safari Supper around the neighbourhood that is supported from far and near. It is advertised a few weeks before the event and all are invited to come along.
Carol Singing: In the ten days or so before Christmas, we aim to sing carols at most homes in Norley, plus a few others in Delamere Park, Kingsley and Cuddington where we know we are expected. This means we set off in all weathers on six or seven evenings and can never have too many singers!
Car Boot Sale, Village Fayre, and Village Garden Show: We normally have a Car Boot at the Bank Holiday Sale in the Village Hall car park, sometimes join in the Village Fayre held at the local primary school in the summer term, and actively participate in the Garden Show in September.
Church Weekend: Each Autumn, usually in mid-October to avoid the school half-term period, we arrange a church weekend away for a short break for light-hearted activities and enjoying each other's company. We have visited the Lake District, the Peak District and North Wales in recent years. All are welcome to come along, young and old; it is advertised early each calendar year.
