Facilities

The church can accommodate just over 60 people, in flexible arrangement with the new chairs acquired in 2006, with a further 60 in the adjacent room which can be opened into the sanctuary by a movable partition. A ramp gives wheelchair access to all premises through the front door, and microphones (fixed and roving) with amplifiers ensure audibility. The sound is also relayed into the spacious entrance porch, giving opportunity to see and hear without being seen and heard - to particular benefit sometimes to parents with young children!

The former school-room, now renamed "Open Door", the lounge and the vestry provide further meeting facilities and we have several modern small and long folding tables. There is a fully equipped kitchen, upgraded in 2007 to meet Health & Safety requirements, with new cooker, refrigerator and microwave and three sinks. Toilet facilities have also been improved, with provision for those who are disabled. The premises are all centrally heated.
