Morning Worship is at 10.45 am every Sunday (except November 8th - see below) from September 6th until November 29th. Holy Communion will be celebrated on September 20th, October 18th and November 29th.
Tuesday September 22nd from 10 am until 12 noon, our regular Open Door Cafe will be enhanced to raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support.
Sunday October 4th Harvest Festival service led by Mrs Rosemary Wass, a former Vice-President of the Methodist Conference who now lives in Frodsham but hails from a farming background in North Yorkshire: gifts of provisions will go to the West Cheshire Foodbank and gifts of money will be shared between West Cheshire and Runcorn Foodbanks.
Dr Ruth Lane will lead worship on October 25th, ‘Shoebox Sunday’, when we bring our filled shoeboxes for Teams4U, a charity which supports children in many countries - see Outreach magazine for preparation details.
The Remembrance Sunday Service on November 8th at 10.00 am will be led by the Revd Dr Tim Macquiban, a retired (but active) minister in the North Cheshire Methodist Circuit, and whose father was vicar of Norley when Tim was a lad: this year we are hosting the village service and the earlier start enables the 11.00 silence to be observed at the St John’s memorial. However, for those who wish to stay, the service will continue in the Methodist Church to include the 11.00 silence.
Morning Worship on November 29th, Advent Sunday, will be led by the Revds Margaret Byrne, recently appointed to the Anglican Benefice, and Claire Rawlinson, our own minister, and is a united service with local Anglicans and Methodists.

Welcome to the village of Norley. If you are visiting the Methodist Church today we trust that you will enjoy your time with us.
We are a community of worship, care and outreach in and around the village of Norley, and would like you to know a little more of our activities, week by week, and throughout the year.
Particular activities for each week are given on the weekly Notice Sheet which is circulated by email on Saturdays to all who are associated with the church. We shall be delighted to see you at any time.
Norley Methodist Church is in the North Cheshire Circuit of the Chester and Stoke-on-Trent District of the Methodist Church. The present church (pictured) was built in 1882 and has been extended and modernised in more recent times. The membership is about 50, but we count many others who are part of our community roll.
